Why did you choose Central?
I choose Central because of the atmosphere, the staff, and the sport I love. When IÂ visited I experienced a lot of what the campus had to offer, and met a variety of different people including faculty, and players. I enjoyed every person I met on campus, and how I felt when I was there which is how I knew that Central could be home to me for the next four years. Thanks to Coach Zip, and all the amazing faculty I met on my visit!
Favorite professor and why?
This is a hard question for me. I personally have a couple favorite professors. One of my favorite professors is Dr. Diers, she is an all-around an amazing human being and always willing to help. Dr. Diers is always someone that you can count on when you need some help, advice, or just someone to talk to. Another one of my favorite professors would be Tammy Strawser. This professor blew me out of the water when I met her, she is funny, outgoing, and someone that you can always go up to when you need help or just someone to talk to. I feel very comfortable around her, and she makes being in the classroom fun! Lastly, I would say Julianne Taylor. Julianne has the most down to earth heart I think I have ever met, she’s an amazing professor, and truly cares about every single person at this campus. I love that no matter what time of day it is, you can call Julianne and she’ll be right there for you. I truly don’t know what Central would be like without these three professors.
You’re majoring in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Athletic Coaching and Reading because?
I have such love and passion for kids. I grew up in a small town in Illinois, and in my town everyone knows everyone. I have watched these two little boys for about 5 years now, and I have seen them grow in different ways physically and mentally. Every time I watch them, they always have something else new to show me. I knew that I wanted to be the person that taught them a variety of different skills that they can go home and tell their parents. I want to make an impact on children and be the teacher that they remember for a long time.
 Besides athletics, what else are you involved in on campus?
I am not involved in anything else on campus besides Volleyball. I enjoy spending time with my friends, and going on new adventures with them.
Who are your go-to musical artists?
My go-to music artist sare Morgan Wallen, Christian Gates, Drake, and Post Malone.
How has attending Central and playing a sport impacted your life?
Attending Central has impacted my life in ways I didn’t know it could. It gave me friendships that will last a lifetime and kept me close to those who are far away. Being at Central has taught me to reach out more to those you love, and never take anything for granted. Playing a sport at Central has taught me to enjoy some down time when it is given. It has also taught me to enjoy the moments and take in all the memories because it goes fast!

What is the last gift you gave to someone and who was it?
The last gift I gave to someone was June 3, it was a whole basket of gifts. Some of the gifts included, shirts, cups, a funny sign, her favorite candy, etc. It was given to my best friend Taryn Hintz for her 21st birthday.
What is the best concert you have ever been to?
The best concert I have ever been to would have to be Justin Bieber or Morgan Wallen.Â
Favorite nickname you’ve ever had?
My little sister could never pronounce my name when she was younger so she gave me the nickname of EE.

This is a tough one, probably One Tree Hill, Outer Banks, or All American!
What’s it like to play for Coach Czipri?
To play for Coach Zip means that you are coming into the gym every day open minded and ready to be challenge by her crazy, but fun new drills. Every day you walk into the gym you know that you are going to be challenged in ways that will make you better. Although it can be challenging, it’s always a great atmosphere to walk into with your coaches and your teammates.
What’s your favorite part about being a member of Central?
My favorite part about being a member of Central Volleyball is my teammates. I truly don’t know what I would do without every single one of the girls on the team. They all bring a different type of game to the gym that will always make you better. Each one of my teammates have awesome personalities, and I truly am blessed to have met so many amazing girls throughout my last three years on the volleyball team.
What do you hope to be doing 10 years from now?
10 years from now I hope to be teaching students down South, or maybe branching out of teaching and ringing in a different career!
