Why did you chose Central?
I chose Central because of the strength and conditioning department, and also because of Coach Dunham.
Favorite professor and why?
Dr. Shuger-Fox, she always keeps class interesting
You’re majoring in strength and conditioning because?
I enjoy being in the weight room, and helping athletes improve. I am also studying to become a registered dietitian as well.
Besides athletics, what else are you involved in on campus?
Kinesiology club, but I either spend most of my time in the weight room or running :)
Who are your go-to musical artists?
Any country music
How has attending Central and playing a sport impacted your life?
I have gained so many friendships with the help of my sport, and just the overall college experience.

The Summer I Turned Pretty

What’s it like to run for Coach Dunham?
He is a wonderful coach, he is there as a coach or just a friend when you need someone to talk to. He is similar to my high school coach, and I think that’s what drew me to Central.
What’s your favorite part about being a member of Central cross country?
Using it to get into shape for track ;) But also the team atmosphere, everyone is incredibly encouraging.
What do you hope to be doing 10 years from now?
Hopefully settled into my career with a couple kids
