Why Central?
The small, homey environment and sincerity of the professors made it an easy decision. The opportunity to continue participating in athletics played a big role for me as well.
Favorite professor and why?
It’s definitely a tie between Randy Renstrom and Keith Jones. They are both hilarious which makes class fun and they both genuinely care about the individual success of each one of their students.
In your iPod?
I have a bit of everything, but I can really jam to Fergie and Ke$ha throwbacks, Halsey, the High School Musical soundtrack, and anything upbeat.
You’re majoring in psychology because?
I am very interested in why people do what they do. Understanding the behavior of individuals and groups of people is fascinating to me and will always be useful.
What animal best represents you and why?
I think most people already know the answer to this question, so I will take this time to remind people that giraffe rides are half off on Wednesdays!
Who was the last person you texted and what did it say?
I texted my roommate Mikayla, “ya the formula for slope is y=mx+b”
Describe your perfect pizza
BIG! I like crab rangoon, pepperoni, cheese, sausage, Chicago style deep dish, or really anything that’s edible. It’s just gotta be big.
What is your dream job after college?
I plan to go on to grad school to become an Occupational Therapist. Specifically, I want to work with children with cognitive disorders.
If there was a movie about your life, who would you want to play you?
Will Ferrell.. he killed it in Step Brothers.

Easy, Pancheros. Extra queso.
Favorite TV Show
I’m hooked on Grey’s Anatomy right now. Hoping binge watching will be good enough test prep for my anat and phys exams.
The one thing people don’t about Coach Denney?
She has coached all around the US which I think is pretty cool!
Why do you love Central volleyball?
Central volleyball has introduced me to lifelong best friends and memories that I will forever be thankful for. I love the sport for helping me grow as a person, teammate, and player.
