PELLA— The American Rivers All-Conference women's soccer team was announced Thursday afternoon and Central College's
Grace Coates (junior, Marion, Linn-Mar HS) and
Paige Cahill (senior, Castle Rock, Colo., Castle View HS) were selected.

Bridget Lynch (Northglenn, Colo., Jefferson Academy) and freshman goalkeeper
Zoey Sizemore (Omaha, Neb., Mercy HS) were included as honorable mentions.
In eight conference matches, Coates has six goals and two assists. She had the winning tally in 1-0 win over Wartburg College and a 2-1 win at Nebraska Wesleyan University. She also assisted the game-winning goal in a 3-0 victory against Coe College.
Cahill only played seven league matches but had five assists and two goals. Her assists set up the game-winning strikes against Nebraska Wesleyan and Wartburg. She also assisted the one goal in a 1-1 draw with the University of Dubuque.
Lynch played 703 of a possible 720 minutes in the back for Central's eight league contests. She helped the Dutch record three conference shutouts. Sizemore played the full 90 in two of the three shutouts against Coe and Wartburg while also contributing 32 minutes to the shutout over Buena Vista. She made 30 total saves in conference matches.
Central finished the season with a 9-5-4 overall record and 4-3-1 in the conference.
