Why did you chose Central?
I chose Central because of the very welcoming and safe atmosphere I felt when I stepped on campus for the first time. Also, a big part was that Coach Ferrell said I would be able to continue my tennis career while also being able to focus on my academics and future career.
Favorite professor and why?
Probably Dr. Dunne. As much as I disliked Organic Chemistry and struggled with it, Dr. Dunne made it bearable and would make jokes and just tell very random stories oh and also he said “happy days” so many times just in one class period..I had a tally at one time but it got to be too much.
You’re majoring in __________ because? (fill-in the blank with your major)
I’m majoring in exercise science because I want to be a Physical Therapist someday and it just intrigues me to learn about how our body moves and works.
Besides athletics, what else are you involved in on campus?
On campus, I am also involved in Dance Marathon.
Who are your go-to musical artists?
I’m not a huge music listener but I like Shawn Mendes, Lizzo, and Ariana Grande.
What did you do for work and for fun in the summer of 2019?
During the summer I worked at Fun City Arcade and for fun I went on vacation to Colorado and I went to a Cardi B concert in Minnesota.
You’re a new color that just got added to Crayola’s crayon box. Explain and describe your color.
So I asked a friend for help on this one.. Aquarius sorrow or Periwinkle which is a mix of teal and violet and has a dark brown hue because I am colorful and happy most of the time and bring people to peace, but am also down to earth and realistic and always get back up when I’m down.
What was your first detention for?
I have never had a detention..
What's the most expensive thing you've ever broken?
I didn’t actually break it but close enough… I popped my knee cap out by “fake fighting” and had to go to the emergency room at 12:30 AM and let me tell ya those emergency room bills aren’t cheap nor is physical therapy.
If you could win the lottery, what's the first thing you would do?
Travel the world!

Grey’s Anatomy for sure, I’ve seen every episode 8 times!
What’s it like to compete for Coach Ferrell?
Competing for Coach Ferrell can be interesting at times because he’s quite the jokester. He is always loud, always talking, and always kidding around with us..even if sometimes we don’t know if he is kidding or not. However, when it’s match time he’s serious for the most part.
What’s your favorite part about being a member of Central tennis?
So many things! I love my teammates so much, we have a little bit of everything on our team: the funny one, the loud one, the shy one, the quiet one, the serious one, the “mom” one, etc. And each one of them are always there for you ready to help you out or cheer you on when you are down! You never feel alone being a part of that team!
What do you hope to be doing 10 years from now?
10 years from now I hope to be a Physical Therapist and also coaching high school tennis on the side no idea where, but I hope to be settled down and starting a family!
Favorite food from Central Market
I’m allergic to almost everything, so the salad bar is definitely a big hit for me!
