Central stays at No. 24 in softball poll

Dutch play host to St. Benedict Saturday

PELLA—Coming off a doubleheader sweep last week, the Central College softball team remained No. 24 in the NFCA Division III Top 25 Coaches Poll.
           
The Dutch scored a 4-1, 4-3 sweep of St. Olaf College (Minn.) in their home-season debut March 20 to improve to 12-5. The top eight teams in the poll are unchanged, with Trinue University (Ind.) still a unanimous choice for No. 1.
           
Central plays host to the College of Saint Benedict (Minn.) in a non-conference doubleheader Saturday starting at 1 p.m. at the A.N. Kuyper Athletics Complex softball field.
