PELLA - Extreme heat in Minnesota has necessitated an earlier start time for the Central College football team's season opener at Gustavus Adolphus College (Minn.) Saturday.

Due to expected temperatures and weather policies in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, the Dutch will now start at 10 a.m. for its first game of the season in Saint Peter, Minnesota.
