PELLA—The Central College women's cross country team held strong at No. 29 in the fifth week of the United States Track and Field and Cross-Country Coaches Association Division III poll.

Central, which had an off week from competition, stayed at No. 29. There was little movement throughout the 30-team list as few teams competed across the country. The Dutch also stayed at No. 4 in the Midwest regional rankings.

There was no movement in the men's Midwest regional poll as the Dutch men stayed at No. 7.

Both teams will compete at the Bradley Pink Classic in Peoria, Illinois on Friday.
