PELLA — For the eighth time this season, the Central College volleyball team won in straight sets, this time defeating the University of Wisconsin – River Falls Saturday.
Central's (15-6) attack was led by nine kills from middle hitter

Sophia Folkerts (junior, Dike, Dike-New Hartford HS) both added eight kills.

Makayla Ribble (senior, Iowa City) had 18 set assists and libero
Colleen Kenney (senior, Taylor Ridge, Ill., Rock Island Alleman HS) had 16 digs, both were team highs.

ara Sienkiewicz (senior, Plainfield, Ill., Neuqua Valley HS) and student managers Kylie Carstens and Alaina Bunde were recognized in a pre-game ceremony for Senior Day.
"They have given a great deal to this program on and off the court and a win like tonight is a byproduct of that," Czipri said.
The Dutch travel to Cedar Rapids Friday for a 6 p.m. match against Coe College.
