PELLA— Central College's Addison Parrott (senior, Danville) was named the American Rivers Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week Tuesday afternoon.
           
Parrott finished 19^th in a field of 389 runners in the championship race at the Division III Pre-National meet hosted by Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (Ind.) Saturday. She completed the 6,000-meter race in 22 minutes, 2.30 seconds. Central finished 14th off 44 teams in the event held on the course set to host the NCAA Division III Championships in November.
           
The Dutch are set to return to competition on Saturday, October 19 in the Augustana Inter-Regional in Rock Island, Illinois.
