INDIANOLA— In its first American Rivers Conference road match of the fall, the Central College volleyball team was defeated at Simpson (27-25, 16-25, 25-22, 25-23) Wednesday night.
The Dutch (9-7, 1-1 conference) were even statistically with the Storm (5-6, 3-0 conference) in most categories and even held a sight advantage in hitting percentage (.143 to .122) but still came up on the losing side.
"We didn't come in and play to win, we played not to lose," coach
Jeanne Czipri said. "We needed to be disciplined and clean tonight and we very much were not."

"Natalie has been extremely reliable," Czipri said.
