Why Central?
I chose Central because when I visited I could feel the welcoming atmosphere and because I got a chance to talk to a professor in the Anthropology department who shared with me some of the things that the Anthropology club gets to do. I also chose Central because it offered my major (Anthropology) and allowed me to continue running in college.
Favorite professor and why?
My favorite professor is Professor John Witt because his passion for teaching and for sociology is apparent in his classes everyday. He teaches with energy and passion that makes learning fun and engaging.
In your iPod?
My music selection is a little bit of everything, but mostly Ed Sheeran. His new album is really great! I also have some DNCE and a lot of Christina Perri.
You’re majoring in Anthropology because?
I am majoring in Anthropology because I love learning about different cultures and their customs. I think it is interesting to see how other cultures are structured compared to ours.
If you could master one skill that you don’t have right now, what would it be and why?
If I could master a skill, I would master cooking. I would want to cook better so that I could just look in the pantry and know what I could make.
Something you didn’t know about Central until you got here
I did not know how long the walk from one side of campus to the other could feel when you are late to class
If you could live in any TV show, which one would it be and why?
If I could live in any show, I would live in the show Bones. I would want to intern under Dr. Temperance Brennan at the Jeffersonian. I would become very good at being an anthropologist if I could intern under her.
If a loved one was to serenade you, what song would you most like them to sing?
Perfect by Ed Sheeran because it is a cute song
All-time favorite road trip
The time my friends and I drove to Wisconsin Dells, we were crammed into a small SUV with all the seats filled. We played fun car games and got closer as friends.
Strangest thing you have ever eaten?
Well, I am a very picky person, but the food that surprises people the most is that I eat morel mushrooms.
Favorite TV Show
My favorite TV Show is Supernatural. I really like a lot of different shows, like Hawaii 5-0 and NCIS, but Supernatural is my favorite.
The one thing people don’t about Coach Fyfe
He is funnier than most people think. You can always count on him to sense when we are getting too stressed and he lightens up our mood.
Why do you love running for Central
I love running for Central because everyone is very encouraging and we help push each other to be better each and every day.

Be somewhere out in the big world getting to see a different culture than that of the U.S.
Favorite food from Central Market
I like the Naan bread that they have. I usually get some honey with it. I just can’t seem to get enough of it every time they have it.
Bucket list
The first thing on my bucket list would be to see a new part of the world, I have never left the United States and I want to go somewhere outside of the U.S. Next I would want to go bungee jumping. I would love to go to Venice, Italy to ride the gondola.
