Why Central?
I chose Central because of the people here. I immediately connected with my coaches and every other Dutch man and woman I ran into.
Favorite professor and why?
My favorite professor is Dr. Shuger-Fox. She is always fun to be around and she helps plan super awesome ski trips with the Central College Ski and Board Club.
In your iPod?
There’s a wide variety in my IPod from The Beatles and Pink Floyd, to Garth Brooks and Jason Aldean, to the Wu-Tang Clan and many more.
You’re majoring in Exercise science because?
I want to go to Dental school. I bounced around exploring a lot of career options before deciding I want to pursue dentistry, so that is why I am an exercise science major. Not because there’s some big correlation between exercise and teeth you haven’t heard about.

What is your favorite Central College tradition?
I love the tradition of support all the athletic teams receive from one another and the community.
What is the best advice you have ever received from a coach?
Champions are always Champions. Be the best you can in every aspect of your life.
If you could bring any fictional character to life, who would it be?
Legolas from Lord of the Rings, but I would want him to still be played by Orlando Bloom.
What historical event would you want to go back in time to be a part of and why?
I would like to go back and see The Beatles American debut on the Ed Sullivan show. I grew up listening to them with my dad and have watched the recording of this tons of times. It would be cool to be a part of that historical moment, and it would be even cooler if I could meet them while I’m at it!
Worst thing you ever did as a child? What was the punishment?
I accidentally drove my parents’ minivan into a pole at a car wash just hours after getting my permit. My punishment was I was then terrified to drive for quite some time.
Favorite TV Show
The Office, South Park, Family Guy, Rick and Morty, and everything else that makes me laugh, which is just about everything.
The one thing people don’t about Coach Schueler?
We have a special connection because we were both number 19.
Why do you love Central football?
I love Central football because of my teammates and coaches. They make even the most dreaded parts of being a student-athlete, sometimes my favorite parts of the day.
