Why did you choose Central?

I chose Central because it was an opportunity to play golf at the next level, and still go to school with some of my closest friends.

Favorite professor and why?

Dr. Andrew Green is my favorite professor because he is able to keep class interesting, informational, while providing some humor at times.

You’re majoring in business management because?

I am majoring in Business Management with a marketing emphasis because I want to work in sports business, and felt it would be the best path for my future.

Besides athletics, what else are you involved in on campus?

Although it is still somewhat athletics related, I am a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and a part of the leadership team in SAAC. I also represent Central on the American Rivers Conference SAAC.

Who are your go-to musical artists?

I am a very average country music listener, mainly Luke Combs, Eric Church, Morgan Wallen, and Noah Kahan.

How has attending Central and playing a sport impacted your life?

Playing golf while attending Central has impacted me greatly, not just through the people I have met, but also the lessons that I have learned. Time management, and communicating with people around me are two of the biggest things that I will be able to continue to use every day after Central.

What course have you played the most in your life and how low have you gone there?

Kernoustie Golf Club in Mount Vernon, the 9-hole course that I grew up on, and is by far the course I have played the most. The lowest I have shot on the par 35 is a 4-under, 31. 

 If you could time travel, would you go to the past or to the future?

I would travel back in time to watch some of the most famous athletic events across all sports, and around the world. 

Favorite sport to play besides golf

While I have never played it competitively, and I am not very good at it, I enjoy playing basketball once in a while.

Best concert you’ve ever been to?

I wish I had an answer, but I can safely say that I have never been to a concert.

Favorite TV Show

I don’t really have a favorite show, I mainly watch sports when I am watching TV.

What’s it like to play for Coach Blasi

It has been very rewarding because he has taught me that the game of golf will provide a return for the work that gets put in, and I am starting to believe that myself.

What’s your favorite part about being a member of the Central men’s golf team?

The long road trips, tournaments and being able to play every day are my favorite parts because it is where we spend the most time together and play as a team.

What do you hope to be doing 10 years from now?

I will be working a job that will allow me to be around golf, and play a lot of it.

Favorite food from Central Market

The cook to order Garlic Chicken Caesar Salad Subs were new this year, and are easily my favorite.

Bucket list

I would love to visit Australia because it seems like a place that would have some cool sites to see, and golf courses to play.
