Why did you chose Central?
I choose Central because I loved how close everyone is. We really are one big family here and I absolutely love it!
Favorite professor and why?
I don’t know If I have a favorite professor but if I had to choose it would be Ron Rybkowski. He’s my advisor and he always makes sure that I’m doing okay.
You’re majoring in musical theater because?
I’m majoring in musical theater with a minor in Spanish. It’s a crazy combination but I’ve always enjoyed watching and being involved in theater and I’ve known for a long time that going into theater is something that I’ve wanted to do. As for Spanish I love talking to people so being able to talk to more people that I wouldn’t be able to normally excites me.
Besides athletics, what else are you involved in on campus?
I’m involved in a bunch of different things on campus. I’m on the Student Support Services leadership team as well as the SAAC leadership team. I’m also apart of our SOS staff, I work as an admissions ambassador, and I’m a part of The Black African American Student Union (TBAASU).
Who are your go-to musical artists?
My go-to artist change often but I would say right now my go-to artist are Jack Harlow, J. Cole, and Gunna.
How has attending Central and playing a sport impacted your life?
Playing a sport and attending Central has impacted my time management skills a bunch.
What made you start wrestling?
I wanted to try it in high school because it seemed different and interesting.                                            Â
What’s the best barbecue in Kansas City?
Gates for sure
Favorite sport besides wrestling?
Volleyball, I’ve played since I was 6
Most important part of your dorm room?
The most important part would be my fridge, I gotta keep my energy drinks cold.
Favorite TV Show
My favorite TV show would have to be Gilmore Girls
What’s it like to wrestle for Coach Baynes?
Its interesting she’s hard on us but it out of love, she wants to see us grow in the sport.
What’s your favorite part about being a member of Central’s women’s wrestling team?
I love how everyone can joke with each other.
What do you hope to be doing 10 years from now?
Something good I hope.
Favorite food from Central Market
I love the spinach and artichoke dip and walking tacos.
Bucket list
My bucket list is crazy but the thing I’m working towards crossing off is playing every sport once. I think I’m making good progress on it!
