Why Central?
I was looking for a school where I could play soccer that also had a small campus atmosphere. Central matched that description and felt like it could be my second home.
Favorite professor and why?
Dr. Garr. She was my first chemistry professor at Central and I really enjoy the way that she teaches her classes. She’s almost always available to talk outside of class whether its chemistry or life outside of the classroom.
In your iPod?
I mostly listen to heavy rock, but I also like music from Twenty One Pilots and Sleeping with Sirens.
You’re majoring in Chemistry because?
It’s one of my favorite subjects. I have always enjoyed learning chemistry and I feel that it’s a subject comes to me easily.
Biggest different between Alabama and Iowa
The biggest difference between Alabama and Iowa has to be the weather. The first winter on campus was a bit hard for me because I didn’t have a winter coat.
Favorite sport besides soccer
Football. I played it in high school and last year when I was injured and couldn’t play soccer. It’s one of the few sports that I can sit down and watch on TV other than soccer.
Who is better, Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo?
It has to be Ronaldo. He has scored more goals in a shorter amount of time than Messi has. He’s the type of player that everyone grows up wanting to be.
Favorite international club team
Manchester United. They won the first game that I can remember watching on TV and I have supported them ever since then. GGMU!
Dream job
I really don’t know. I haven’t sat down and thought about that enough to have a for sure answer, but if I had to pick I would say a teacher. I enjoy the thought that I could have a positive impact on some of the next generations.
Which teammate is most likely to win on The Voice?
Austin Little. He’s always singing classic rock in the locker room before games and practices.
Favorite TV Show
How I Meet Your Mother. It’s funny and I love how you feel invested in the characters as they live their lives.
The one thing people don’t about Coach Laidlaw
He’s one of the few Newcastle United fans that I know. I commend him for supporting a team that hasn’t done well for a long time.
Why do you love Central men’s soccer?
I love the family atmosphere that the team has. Even last year when I wasn’t officially part of the team, they still made me feel like I was still an important member of the team.

I have no idea. I haven’t thought that far into my future. I really hope it’s something cool though.
Favorite food from Central Market
I really love the pancake bar. Great breakfast food that can be eaten at any time.
