Why Central?
To be honest I picked Central for the Dutch letters… not really helping the running career ;).
Favorite professor and why?
My favorite professor was Mrs. Roorda. She’s a kindergarten teacher that lectured at Central last year. We did a lot of fun things in that class and she taught us a lot of valuable teaching lessons.
In your iPod?
I have a little bit of everything on my iPod. Country, rap, pop, etc.
You’re majoring in elementary education because?
I love kids and learning has always been a passion of mine.
Favorite place to run
In Pella, it would down by the dam. If I could pick anywhere in the world it would be by a beach somewhere.
If you had a time-travel machine, would you go into the past or the future?
Past for sure. I would love to see some of history’s greatest moments.
Most embarrassing moment
Freshman year I thought that running on a snow covered sidewalk was easy and I paid for it by spraining my ankle fairly bad and having to wear a boot for a little over a week.
Artist you’d pick to see in concert
Sam Hunt for sure.

How I Met Your Mother, but I’ve been watching Friends lately and I really like it!
The one thing people don’t about Coach Fyfe
He’s training for a marathon this October and he’s a Central College Alumni.
Why do you love Central cross country?
We go through a lot of hard stuff together which makes us a really close team and we have a lot of fun!
