Why Central?
I chose Central because it felt like home on my very first visit. I was looking to play basketball and I wanted to go into education. I loved the atmosphere of the program here at Central and the coaches never left my side through the whole recruiting process. The education program here has classroom hours that aren’t even comparable to other schools. Although I looked at other schools, Central was always one step better than the rest.
Favorite professor and why?
My favorite professor is Mary Stark. Mary is the education chair, and has the heart the size of a lion. She does everything and anything to help you have the best success in the classroom.
In your iPod?
My iPod is full of country! I have some of the latest pop hits, but it’s mostly country.
You’re majoring in elementary education because?
I knew I wanted to go into a profession where I could make a difference in kid’s lives. I have always played pretend teacher when I was younger, and I love being around and working with kids.
If you won the lottery, what's the first thing you would do?
If I won the lottery, I would pay for the rest of school, travel, do quite a bit of shopping, and save the rest.
What's the most expensive thing you've ever broken?
Well I didn’t break this, but I stained our new carpet with easy bake oven blue frosting. Thankfully it eventually came out :)
Favorite type of candy
This is impossible for me to answer. Anyone that knows me knows I love all candy that isn’t chocolate. Anything sugary is my favorite.
Would you rather go into the past or future?
I would love to go way back into the past; things were so simple.

It’s a tie between Jessica Helton and Abbie Agan.

In college, Coach Feeney played against one of my high school teammates who was a huge inspiration to me.
Why do you love Central basketball?
I love Central basketball because the girls are my family and closest friends. No matter what happens we stick together, and can always find something to smile and/or laugh about. There is no better feeling than having a team that always has your back.

Have a teaching job that I absolutely love, a fantastic family, and hopefully I will be doing some traveling.
