Why did you choose Central?
I chose Central to experience something new. I am originally from Omaha, NE where the size of the student body at my high school is larger than Central’s. I wanted to be able experience something that was completely new to me.
Favorite professor and why?
Dunne because he is able to clearly able to explain the concepts he teaches in inorganic. Not only that, but he is rather laid back and welcoming to questions asked about class.
Why are you majoring in biochemistry?
I want to be able to help people in the future. I have always wanted to help other, but in the process, I have learned that I enjoy learning about chemistry and biology and how they interact with each other.
Besides athletics, what else are you involved in on campus?

SCATE and work on sustainability projects around campus.
Who are your go-to musical artists?

The Score, X-Ambassadors, Guns N’ Roses, AJR.
How has attending Central and playing a sport impacted your life?
              Â
During my second soccer season, I got a concussion that seriously impacted my life. I had symptoms for months and had to relearn many different concepts in school but because of this experience it has also taught me to appreciate what I do have and not take advantage of being able to process thought.

What's your favorite family tradition?
              Â
Every Black Friday my family gets together to make Lefsa. Lefsa originated from Norway. It is essentially a potato tortilla that you can put anything on. My family usually just put on butter and sugar to roll it up and eat.

If time travel existed, would you rather go into the past or future?
              Â
Past because we are always taught about events that happen in the past, but I believe it would be different to be actually be able to experience it to compare it to what we are taught.

Game of Thrones. Hands down favorite show.
What’s it like to play for Coach Kobylinski?
              Â
Coach Kobylinski is extremely passionate about the sport of soccer. He has very good knowledge about how the game works and there is never a lack of enthusiasm from him whether it is at practice or in a game.
What’s your favorite part about being a member of the Central women’s soccer team?
              Â
My teammates. They are my family. We do everything together from practicing to travelling together to hanging out in our free time.
What do you hope to be doing 10 years from now?
              Â
I am not sure what I will be doing 10 years from now, but I hope to be living my life to the fullest and enjoying every minute of it.
