Why Central?
When deciding between schools, I asked community members what they thought about both Central and Simpson. Not a single person could say a bad thing about Central—I took that as a sign.
Favorite professor and why?
Dr. Mena is my favorite professor, because I think she has the ability to relate really well to students, and she has a pretty sweet accent.
In your iPod?
I have a lot of country and pop on my ipod. All of the music is incredibly old, because I no longer update my ipod.
What are you majoring in and why?
I’m uncertain what I want to major in; I’m debating between health and exercise science and psychology. Both intrigue me, and I’d be happy majoring in either.
What are your plans for the summer?
My summer will consist of a job as an office assistant, possibly summer classes, spending time with a family & friends, and workouts.
What is your hidden talent?
Thanks to my sister constantly watching Love and Basketball during my childhood, I can quote the entire movie from start to finish.
What is one thing you miss about being a kid and why?
My brother and I used to play pick-up basketball with a miniature hoop in our basement. Although he blocked every shot I attempted and I called him many names that need not be mentioned, I miss those carefree moments had in that basement.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
I absolutely hate when people sing along to songs when they don’t know the words.
Which teammate would dominate American Ninja Warrior?
Zac Quick would fly through the course, because he recently lost his front tooth and now he has nothing holding him back.
The one thing people don’t about Coach Graupmann
Coach Graupmann likes to watch Soviet warfare movies. He then likes to implement their training into our workouts to try to kill us.
Why do you love Central track and field?
Central track and field is filed with hardworking, supportive, motivated individuals who hold you accountable on and off the track.
“Ten years from now I’ll...”
Ten years from now I’ll have met the man of my dreams and we would have had a couple of children, and we will be living in a beautiful house. I’ll be a successful occupational therapist and a great mother!
