Nichole Baethke joined the Central volleyball staff as an assistant coach in 2016.

A 2011 Central graduate and a three-time letterwinner with the Dutch volleyball team, Baethke served as a team co-captain in 2010. A defensive specialist in her playing days, Baethke amassed 457 digs in her career.

She is also employed at the Pella Recreation Center Health & Fitness.
