Laura de Rosales joined the Central Volleyball staff as an assistant coach in 2022.

In her second season at Central, de Rosales helped Central to 22 wins, its most since 2011. De Rosales also coached libero Colleen Kenney who earned the American Rivers Conference's Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2023.
    
De Rosales had previous coaching experience as a graduate assistant at two schools, spending the 2021 season at Division I Merrimack College (Mass.) and the spring 2021 season at Division III Alfred University (N.Y.). She earned her master's degree in exercise and sports science from Merrimack in 2022.

As a player at Carthage College (Wis.), de Rosales was a part of three NCAA Division III Championships appearances. She was the starting libero on the 2019 squad that made it to the semifinals, winning its first four matches. The 2017 Carthage team won its first two matches NCAA matches before losing in the regional final. A  two-time all-conference libero, de Rosales was a second team pick by the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin in 2018 and 2019. She earned recognition on the league's all-academic team four times.
