Erin Dilger joined the Central women's volleyball staff in 2021.

A four-year letterwinner for the Dutch, Dilger was the team's Most Valuable Player Award winner in 2019. She was named to the academic all-conference teams three times and received the Leadership Award in 2019.

A utility hitter, Dilger notched 603 kills and .171 hitting percentage. She played in 103 matches and also had 133 blocks. At the Oregon Trail Classic in 2019, Dilger was voted to the all-tournament team.

Dilger is a Human Resources Generalist at Van Gorp Corporation in Pella.
