Central College Athletics

Andrea Vignovich joined the Central volleyball staff in 2019.

A veteran of the club coaching circuit, Vignovich has most recently been with Central Iowa Select Volleyball Club in Des Moines since 2010. Coaching a variety of age groups and teams, she has taken multiple teams to the USAV Junior Nationals. In her nine years with Central Iowa Select, she also spent two years with Norwalk High School and one season with West Des Moines Valley High School.

Prior to her tenure with Central Iowa Select, Vignovich spent four years with Westside Select Volleyball Club in West Des Moines.

Vignovich is employed as a therapist at Orchard Place in Des Moines. She serves on the Iowa Board for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention as the Campus Walks Coordiantor. Central College participated in the program for the first time last spring.
