Alejandro Rodriguez joined the Central Volleyball staff as an assistant coach in 2023.

Rodriguez has club coaching experience as a head and assistant coach with the 17U and 18U teams at the Iowa PowerPlex in Des Moines since 2018.

As a player, he helped Grand View University win national titles in 2018 and 2021. He graduated from Grand View wih a degree in sports management. He also spent time playing with the Puerto Rican national team.

He is also a postal services coordinator at Central College.
