Lee Schroeder joined the Central football staff as an assistant coach in 2024.

Schroeder, a 2011 grad who played offensive tackle, works with the outside linebackers

A four-year letterwinner at Central, Schroeder was on two Iowa Conference championship squads. During his freshman season in 2007, Central won three NCAA Division III playoff games and advanced to the quarterfinals.

Schroeder is a project support manager at Vermeer Corporation of Pella. He and wis wife, Sara, have two children.
