Megan Bouska was named the cheerleading coach at Central ahead of the 2025-26 season.

Bouska was the assistant coach for one season under Lexi Gbogbo for the 2024-25 academic year before. Prior to that, Bouska spent 10 years working with high school cheer programs. She was the head coach at Prairie City-Monroe High School from 2017-21 and oversaw football, competition, basketball and wrestling. She guided the program to a third-place finish in the 2A Cheer/Dance Division at the 2018 Iowa Spirit Spectacular
           
Bouska joined the staff at Pella High School in 2021 as an assistant coach for the football and competitive seasons. She took over as the head coach for 2023-24 and 2024-25 school years
           
Bouska, who graduated from Central in 2013, is also the annual giving specialist in Central's advancement office.
