STORM LAKE — Another multi-goal game from forward
Grace Coates (sophomore, Marion, Linn-Mar HS) pushed the Central College women's soccer team to a 5-0 victory at Buena Vista University Wednesday night.
The Dutch (8-5-2, 2-3-1 American Rivers Conference) got goals from Coates in the 18th and 81st minutes.

The Beavers (4-10-1, 0-6-0 conference) were held without a shot on goal, Central recorded its eighth shutout of the season.
"I felt it was a comprehensive effort," Kobylinski said. "It was nice to get some goals on the board and keep the shutout.
Rachel Daniels (senior, midfielder, Geneseo, Ill.) closed out the scoring in the 89th minute with her fourth goal of the season.
"Rachel had one of her best second halves," Kobylinski said. "She was owning her side of the field. She was assertive and deserved her goal."
Amber Santana (sophomore, midfielder, Indio, Calif., Shadow Hills HS) started the scoring in the sixth minute off a
Paige Cahill (junior, midfielder, Castle Rock, Colo., Castle View HS) assist. Cahill also assisted the first goal from Coates.
Central has a pair of home matches to close out the regular season, starting with a 12:30 p.m. contest with Luther College Saturday.
"We've been on the road for four of the first six conference matches," Kobylinski said. "It will be nice to be at home. It's going to be Senior Day so we'll be wanting to play well for the seniors."
