She has guided the team to three  American Rivers Conference postseason tournament appearances, finishing the regular season tied for third in 2024. Since 2020, the Dutch have had eight American Rivers All-Conference selections, including the league's Defensive Player of the Year Colleen Kenney in 2023.

Czipri has a 109-107 (.505) Central record and an overall collegiate coaching mark of 170-150 (.531). She spent three seasons at Dominican University (Ill.), compiling a 61-43 mark with two NCAA Division III tournament berths and a pair of Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference tournament titles. The Stars won titles in 2014 and 2015 before finishing third in their league in 2016. Her squad was 29-4 in conference play over three seasons. Dominican players earned 15 all-conference awards, including 10 first-team selections.

She served as head coach at Aurora Central Catholic High School from 2009-13 before taking over at Dominican, winning Kane County Chronicle coach of the year honors in 2009. Her squad twice set program victory records and won back-to-back Suburban Christian Conference titles, also program firsts. She also spent a year as the freshman coach at Geneva High School (Ill.).

Over the course of eight years, she worked with three different clubs in the Chicago-area, most recently working with Team One Volleyball Club from 2010-15. She also was the volleyball director at Velocity Sports Performance from 2008-10.
