Why did you chose Central?
I chose Central for several reasons, Central wasn’t too far away from my hometown which I liked a lot about my choice here. Central and Coach Carey also allowed me to continue my career as a baseball player. Central for me was the perfect-sized campus. It wasn’t a huge campus but also it wasn’t super small, so it was perfect.
Favorite professor and why?
I would have to go with Professor Sutter. I’ve only had one class with him, but he really showed passion towards the class and showed he wanted students to succeed. Professor Sutter is one of the nicest people I've met on campus, along with being super easy to talk to and have conversations with.
You’re majoring in business management because?
Coming into college I had no idea what I wanted to do, thought about going towards kinesiology but decided I liked to work with numbers a little more than the human body. I decided to take a couple business classes during second semester of freshman year and really enjoyed those classes and decided to stick with it.
Besides athletics, what else are you involved in on campus?
Besides athletics I am not involved in a whole lot, I like to work outside of school and athletics but also really like hanging out with teammates.
Who are your go-to musical artists?
Pretty easy question in my opinion, Kanye West is the best rapper out there it isn’t even a question to be asked, but a sneaky pick would be Eminem “ Coach Boline knows what’s up”. With genre of music I would go with rap or country depends on the day and what I'm feeling. If I have an exam I’ll listen to country but if I have a normal day of classes it would have to be rap since it’s a great day. And a side note Kendrick Lamar destroyed Drake...
How has attending Central and playing a sport impacted your life?
Going to Central College has really helped with my social life, I have been able to meet a lot of great people along with getting me ready for life after college.
What MLB stadium is the best to watch a game in?
No questions asked the best stadium is Wrigley Field such an iconic stadium to be in, with the IVY on the walls and the buildings in the background perfect setting for baseball.
Teammate who could win America’s Got Talent? What would they do?
There’s one teammate that comes to mind when thinking about this, Spencer Demarco or “Sauce” I feel like he could go up on that stage and start rapping or freestyling as he always comes up with the most random words to use in a sentence.
What is your favorite quote/saying and why do you like it?
“Win Anyways” Is probably my favorite quote I have heard in a while, we use this quote all the time during baseball even during our toughest times in a season. The quote also goes into real life not just baseball, as I use the quote even when things go side ways in real life examples from work to talking to friends you can use this quote to hold your self to a standard of always being successful.
What is your most embarrassing moment on a baseball field?
My most embarrassing moment would be senior year of high school, we played some high school team in Iowa and I didn’t realize I had on youth size pants instead of my normal pants, everyone could see through my pants along with my baseball pants not going below my calves.

Favorite TV show is tough I have two shows tied for first place which is Peaky Blinders and Breaking Bad.
What’s it like to play for Coach Carey?
Playing for Coach Carey is a really special opportunity. Coming out of high school Coach Carey was really one of the only coaches that took interest in me, which also got me even more excited to play for him in college. Playing for Carey and the rest of the coaching staff makes baseball the best part of my day, we are always able to be ourselves but also competing at a super high level. I’ve been super grateful to play for Carey my first two years of college, Carey has opened up tons of opportunities for me but also all my teammates.
What’s your favorite part about being a member of the Central baseball team?
The best part of being on the team is the relationship we have built within 2 years on campus. Being on this team we get to spend half our day with each other every day from weightlifting to baseball practices and games. Looking at our team we have a variety of personalities which makes it so much more fun being together everyday working towards our goals as a team, but these relationships we all know even after college we will all be friends.
What do you hope to be doing 10 years from now?
Working every day and having a calm and relaxing life.
Favorite food from Central Market
Favorite food has to be the Brisket Quesadilla just the perfect food.

100% sky diving and scuba diving at some point in my life.
