Why did you choose Central?
I came to Central’s campus several times in high school for summer sports camps, and I always enjoyed the experience and facilities. I also had a great relationship with Coach Fuller and the track team which made it an easy decision.
Favorite professor and why?
I have enjoyed all of my professors so far at Central, but Dr. Dunne stands out for his ability to make a subject like chemistry interesting and fun. His jokes and analogies helped me understand concepts, and they definitely kept me more engaged in class. Dr. Macomber has also been a great advisor for me.
Who are your go-to musical artists?
Lecrae, Trip Lee, and NF are a few of my current favorites. I also enjoy listening to classical music.
You’re majoring in biology because?
Science has always been my favorite subject, and I feel it will help prepare me for a possible future in medicine.
Which of your parents are you most like and why?
I’d say I am pretty similar to both of my parents. My interest in reading and learning is from my mom, but my love of sports is definitely from my dad. They’ve both been great Christian role models for me to learn from as well.
What was your dream job growing up?
As far as I can remember, I’ve always wanted to be a doctor.
If you could live in a book, TV show, or movie, what would it be?
I loved to read the Little House on the Prairie series when I was younger, and I always thought it would be interesting to live in that setting without so much modern technology.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose?
I would live in my hometown.
What’s your favorite family tradition?
I always enjoy celebrating holidays at my grandparents’ houses. Spending time with family that I don’t get to see very often is awesome, and they usually bring my favorite dishes to eat as well.
What is the dumbest way you’ve been injured?
I thought I broke one of my toes once when I stubbed it running away from my brother’s girlfriend.

I don’t watch much TV, but I enjoy watching sports highlights on YouTube.
What’s one thing people might not know about Coach Fuller?
Coach Fuller is full of great stories, especially regarding his college years.
What’s your favorite part about being a member of Central track and field?
I love being on this track team because it’s like hanging out with a huge family everyday. All of the coaches and athletes are fun to be around, and it’s clear we all have a passion for track and field.

Ten years from now I plan to be finishing up my education and finding a job in the medical field.
