Schroeder, a 2011 grad who played offensive tackle, works with the outside linebackers A four-year letterwinner at Central, Schroeder was on two Iowa Conference championship squads. During his freshman season in 2007, Central won three NCAA Division III playoff games and advanced to the quarterfinals.
