Brad Steele joined the Central staff as a volunteer assistant during the 2019-20 season.
    
Steele is a former high school head coach and national qualifier at the University of Wyoming. A St. James, Minnesota native, Steele was a two-time Class A high school state champ. He went on to win 109 matches at Wyoming as a four-time letter winner and was a 2003 NCAA Division I Championships qualifier. He was an assistant coach at Creighton Prep in Omaha, Nebraska from 2004-12 and at Western Wyoming Community College from 2012-13. He was an assistant at Rock Springs High School in Wyoming for a year, then served as head coach for two seasons, leading the squad to a fifth-place state tourney finish in 2016. Steele is also a sixth-grade teacher in the Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont School District.
