Emily Vos joined the Central men’s and women’s track and field coaching staff in 2024.

Vos comes to Central after five seasons as a student-athlete with the University of Northern Iowa’s track and field team. A sprinter for the Panthers, Vos scored in six different Missouri Valley Conference Championship meets. She was on five scoring 4x400-meter relay teams and placed in six individual races. Her best individual finish was fourth in the 400-meter dash at the 2023 indoor league championships. The Panthers were the runners-up in the 4x400-meter relay at the 2021 and 2022 indoor league championships.

She graduated from Northern Iowa in 2022 with a degree in movement & exercise science and added a master’s degree from the school in kinesiology & sports performance in 2023.
