Jennie Hedrick-Rozenberg joined the Central staff as the school's first triathlon coach in 2020.

Hedrick-Rozenberg has guided the program in four consecutive appearances at the USA Triathlon's Collegiate National Championships. In 2021, the Dutch were one of six NCAA Division III teams to qualify amongst Division I and II programs. Lindsey Blommers became the program's first All-American in 2021 and was joined by Adeline Koritz as an All-American in 2024. Most recently, Central was third of 11 Division III programs to qualify in 2024, helping Hedrick-Rozenberg earn the Collegiate Triathlon Coaches Association's National Coach of the Year for Division III.

Hedrick-Rozenberg led the team through a 2020-21 campaign disrupted by COVID, forcing the team to compete in recreational triathlons instead of official collegiate meets. Prior to becoming head coach, she served as the swim instructor for Central's triathlon club in the 2019-20 school year.

She has completed USA Triathlon Level I certification training and also has American Swim Coaches Association Level 2 certification. She’s served as head swim coach for the city of Pella since 2002 and of South East Aquatics since 2010. She has also spent time as a member of the Iowa Swimming board of directors and served as secretary for the Iowa Swim Coaches Association board of directors.

As an athlete, Hedrick-Rozenberg has competed in two sprint triathlons as well as the swim portion of numerous team triathlon events.

A 2006 Central graduate, Hedrick-Rozenberg spent 14 years in digital learning at Pella Corporation prior to taking the triathlon coaching position.
