PELLA— U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association's weekly Division III national rankings were released Wednesday and the Central College men's team is tied for 27th.

The Dutch men retained a share of the 27th spot with Bates College (Maine). The women were receiving votes and are the first program outside of the top 30.

In the regional rankings, the women were once again No. 4 and the men were No. 5.

New York University leads the way in the women's national poll and Johns Hopkins University (Md.) paces the men's list.

Central will send its top runners to the Running of the Cows hosted by Carleton College on Saturday, October 3.
