P.H. Kuyper Gymnasium

Headquarters for the athletics department, P.H. Kuyper Gymnasium was constructed in 1970, with a major expansion added in 2017 and extensive renovation in final planning stages. A new competition floor was installed in P.H. Kuyper Gymnasium in 1997. The facility has been the site of numerous NCAA championship events, including the NCAA Division III women's basketball Final Four in 1993 and the volleyball Final Four in 2000. Both were sold-out events and the volleyball final was the first advance sellout in Division III volleyball history. The facility also houses Central's new wrestling room, a new state-of-the-art varsity locker room and other locker room spaces, a new atrium, two racquetball courts, two saunas, meeting rooms and athletics offices.
